Whether at a workplace or in school, we all have to work in a group at one time or another. Working in a group can be a difficult task, and groups with different personality types can often cause conflict and tension. In my animation, Personality, the topic of personality types is explored through a team in the workplace. Rachel is a project manager at a marketing agency and hopes to find new ways to help her team work through their differences. She discovers that through the Myers Briggs Personality Test, she can help her team find out more about each other and work through their differences by using their strengths and understanding their weaknesses.

Artist Bio

Marcella Vertefeuille is a senior at the University of Connecticut and is pursuing a degree in Digital Media and Design, concentrating in 2D animation and motion graphics. She has experience in creating animations, websites and illustrations. She enjoys using her artistic skills to create content for marketing, education, as well as sharing stories from her personal life with others. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her siblings, whose many different personalities inspired this animation. She is very excited to be sharing more about a topic that she finds fascinating, personality types and the Myers Briggs Personality Test, in her new animation, Personality
