Rabbit Hole is a 2d animation about the worlds increased addiction to technology. Relienace on the internet is very prevalent espcially with the rise of social media. While technology of this kind can be extremely beneficial for keeping people connected, it can also have reverse effects causing people to be consumed in their online world. This makes people get so lost in their presence within the online space that they lose connectivity with their direct surroundings. The hope is that people watching this will start to question thei rown reliance on their mobile devices and the internet.

Artist Bio

Annamaria Vdovenko is a Connecticut based illustrator, animator, and graphic designer. She was raised in Simsbury, CT and her passion for illustration, film, and performane led her to pursue animation an design in college. As a senior studying Digital Media Design at the University of Connecticut, she has grown her skills in motion design and animation. She focuses deeply on what kinds of stories she wants to tell, allowing her to express her unique creativity and style through her work
